We are honest about turnaround: after a senior editor reviews your document, we email you a fixed ETA and quote — not an automated estimate. Express turnaround is available when supervisors sign off late and your deadline is unforgiving.

If your university requires a third-party proofreading declaration, our signed certificate provides one. It records the service performed, the word count and the editor's credentials.

That means we will correct language and flag unclear sentences with comments — but we will not rewrite your argument, change your data, or insert ideas you have not expressed yourself.
